Making/Altering Meetings?

How do I login/Forgot your password?

Log in with the same username and password you would use on campus computers. Your username is your student number (C0123456) and your password is your computer log in password. If you need to reset your password, please go to password.camosun.ca. If you have further issues, please contact itsservicedesk@camosun.bc.ca Call: 250-370-3064

If emailing, please include your C# and full name, as well as the service you are trying to access in your email. Use the “Help” guide if you have any questions or if you experience difficulties booking an appointment. You may also call the Writing Centre at 250-370-3491 for additional information.

Why can't I delete/alter an appointment?

In order to delete or alter a meeting, you must be logged in as the same person that made the meeting. If it is 30 minutes or less before your appointment time, the system will not allow you to delete/alter an appointment. This appointment will be considered as a no-show. Please ensure that you cancel your appointments at least 30 minutes before your appointment time.

How do I make an appointment?

Clicking on the desired time brings you into the booking screen.

Enter your C#, your first name and last name initial, and your phone number. It is very important that you remember to click the save button at the bottom of the booking screen page or your appointment will no register.

How do I delete an appointment?

Select the appointment day/time that you want to delete and select Delete Entry. Click OK to confirm cancellation.

My appointment failed to be created because of scheduling conflicts?

Possible reasons for scheduling conflict message:

  • More than one booking in the same day
  • Time requested is in the past
  • Time requested is more than two weeks in advance
  • More than one booking was attempted in a week

What happens if multiple people schedule the same appointment at the same time?

The short answer is: The first person to click on the Submit button wins. Behind the scenes, the system is using a proper multi-user, multi-threaded relational database than can handle many thousands of simultaneous users.
