Use this form to request an extension of your tuition & fee payment deadline. If your request is approved, you still have to pay your fees but at a later date. A tuition & fee deferral is for one term of study at a time. You must reapply every term. Tuition & fee deferrals must be approved prior to the tuition & fee payment deadline.

IMPORTANT: If you are approved for government student loans and grants, Adult Upgrading Grant, Provincial Tuition Waiver Program or you have submitted proof of sponsorship, prior to the tuition & fee payment deadline, a tuition & fee deferral will automatically be added to your myCamosun account. You will receive an email notification once your tuition & fee deferral has been processed. Sponsorships will appear in your myCamosun account as a sponsorship amount under Student Finance.

If you drop courses, decide not to attend classes, or become ineligible for funding, you are responsible for withdrawing from your courses and for any fees or penalties that may result. Refer to Camosun Fees and Financial Polices and Procedures for further information.
