Program Change Request form for Domestic Students

Current Camosun College domestic students may apply into an open enrolment program without paying an additional application fee, provided they meet the program admission requirements. Students interested in changing their program to a limited enrolment program must re-apply via online application at EducationPlannerBC.

Domestic students may use this form to request a program change. Requests will be reviewed in date order and may take up to 5 business days to be evaluated. A decision will be sent by email once the request has been reviewed.
