Lansdowne and Interurban now have a designated podium at each campus, view podium images
Please specify where you would like the podium placed in the space that you have booked. (E.g. CTEI - Centred along donor wall)
Additionally, you can sent a Floor Plan to Receiving indicating placement.

Communications has limited event supplies that may be available to borrow. Please be specific when requesting items and we will confirm availability. E.G., 1 Portable coat rack and hangers. All requests must be submitted a minimum of 10 business days prior to your event in order to confirm items and arrange for pick up or delivery.
Please note that any Communications/College wide events have priority on Comms equipment use.
