Verification of Enrolment and Program Completion for International Students
Holiday closure
The International Student Letter Request will be unavailable due to end-of-year holidays starting December 12 at 4 pm. The form will be back online on January 5, 2026 and you can submit your request after this date. If your study permit is expiring and you need urgent help, please email international_advisors@camosun.ca or call 250-370-4812. Please be aware that Camosun College is closed from December 24, 2025 to January 1, 2026 (inclusive). During this time, we will not be able to respond or process any letters.
Important Note for Graduating Students: We will do our best to issue your Letter of Completion for Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) application as soon as all your grades are entered in the system. However, we cannot prepare any letters during the College closure.
Please note that requests for Verification of Enrolment letters can take up to 10 business days to issue. Verification of Program Completion letters can take longer since all final grades must be submitted first. To avoid delays in issuing letters, it is helpful to simply send one request rather than multiple requests via email, phone, or in person. Thank you.
