Please read carefully as some of the instructions have changed for the current academic year. Please review the criteria for each award(s) you are applying for “carefully” and make sure that you only select the awards that you meet the criteria for. Gather and include all necessary letters, essays, and/or transcripts. If you have been a student at Camosun College for a least one semester, you do not need to submit a Camosun College transcript.

At the bottom of this form, please upload one self-written letter of introduction explaining why you’re eligible for these awards. Please keep your letter to 1-2 single spaced pages. One self-written letter is all that is needed no matter how many awards you’re applying for. Please upload any reference letters from your reference that speaks to your qualities we seek regarding these awards. It is not necessary to have multiple letters if your reference will be for all the awards you are applying to.
