Your Camosun ID card is your college ID and library card. To be eligible for an ID card, students must be registered, not waitlisted, in one academic course which includes upgrading courses.

• Use this form if you need a new ID or a replacement ID card.
• ID cards will be available for pick up at the Library you selected on the next business day.
