BSN Self-Declare Form for BC High School Applicants
Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing (BSN) high school applicants are required to self-declare their expected percentage (or confirmed final percentage, if received) in the high school courses required for program admission. This form must be completed no later than February 29, 2024.
Note that acceptance to the BSN program by competitive entry and will be based on the ranking of your grade point average (GPA) only. Only applicants who meet all minimum admission requirements will be ranked.
Self-declared percentages will be used in the ranking process. Seat offers may be rescinded if any final grades fall below the minimum admission requirement, or if your final GPA falls below the identified cut-off for the year. The cut-off for the year is determined after the ranking process and will vary based on the year’s applicant pool.
In addition to completing this form, BC high school students should also:
- Send their official transcripts to Camosun College through the BC StudentTranscripts Service with authorization to receive updates for one year
- Complete the RSA acknowledgment, an online acknowledgement that you have read and understood the BC College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNP) document entitled “Requisite Skills and Abilities: Becoming a Registered Nurse in British Columbia”
