This award is available to accounting students who embody the principle of “giving back” through volunteer work within the college and/or Greater Victoria community.
- Open to students enrolled in the final year of study and graduating from the Accounting Diploma program during the award eligibility period (BBA & Diploma)
- Specific, clear, concise examples that show giving back through volunteer work within the college and/or Greater Victoria community
- Be in good academic standing with the college
Agatha Thalheimer Academic Excellence and Working Cooperatively Award
This award is available to Business Administration, Bachelor’s Degree - Accounting Major students who have achieved high academic standing in ACCT 220, ACCT 320, BUS 230, ECON 103, UT ENGL, FIN 210 and MARK 110; and who have demonstrated the ability to work cooperatively with others to achieve a common goal.
- Open to students enrolled in the BBA ACCT program during the award eligibility period
- High academic standing in specified courses
- Specific, clear, concise examples that demonstrate the ability to work cooperatively with others to achieve a common goal
- Be in good academic standing with the college
Association of Women in Finance Scholarship
This award is available to women-identifying students enrolled in an accounting or finance program who have an interest in finance as demonstrated by high academic standing in Finance 210. Preference is given to students with demonstrated volunteer/community experience or who have shown perseverance and determination in their studies.
- Open to women-identifying students enrolled in an Accounting or Finance program during the award eligibility period (PDD, BBA, Diploma or Advanced Certificate)
- High academic standing in FIN 210

Baker Tilly Victoria Award of Excellence
This award is available to Post Degree Diploma in Business Administration - Accounting Option graduates who have solid grades and have clearly demonstrated a high level of integrity.

BC Transit Emerging Leader in Finance Award
This award is available to students in a School of Business program who demonstrate the ability to excel in customer service, show interest for sustainability, display strong teamwork, and have shown community involvement.

Bob Brown Award in Accounting
This award is available to graduates of the Business Administration, Diploma - Accounting Option program who have achieved high academic standing and have contributed to the Camosun College or accounting community. This could be through networking, service or volunteering.
- Open to students enrolled in the final year of study in the accounting diploma (Year 2; completion of 18-36 credits) or in the 3rd or 4th year of the BBA Accounting (completion of more than 36 credits) during the award eligibility period

CPA Award in Accounting
This award is available to accounting students with satisfactory academic standing who have exhibited leadership, teamwork and determination, and who help their community through voluntary efforts. Preference will be given to students in Year 3 or beyond. (Developed by the CGA Legacy Chapter).
- Open to students enrolled in an accounting program in Year 3 and beyond (completion of 36 or more credits) during the award eligibility period

This award is available to students in an accounting program who have achieved high academic standing, and who applied their accounting knowledge to areas of personal interest, such as sports, farming, politics, benefitting themselves and others.

This award is available to Business Administration students who have completed and achieved high academic standing in ACCT 110 and FIN 110 while demonstrating a committed involvement in sports, fitness or athletics.
- Open to students enrolled in the 1st or 2nd year (completion of fewer than 36 credits) in an accounting program during the award eligibility period (PDD, BBA, Diploma or Advanced Certificate)
- High academic standing in ACCT 110 and FIN 110
- Specific, clear, concise examples that demonstrate a committed involvement in sports, fitness or athletics
- Be in good academic standing with the college
John Hadfield Memorial Scholarship
This award is available to accounting students who intend to pursue a Chartered Professional Accountant designation and with proven academic excellence in a least 4 courses of the Chartered Professional Accountant program.
- Open to students enrolled in the BBA ACCT or PDD ACCT program during the award eligibility period
- A statement confirming the intention to pursue a CPA designation
- Academic excellence in at least four of the following ACCT courses: ACCT 310, 320, 380, 375, 380 & 420

John Somers Award in Accounting
This award is available to Business Administration, Bachelor's Degree - Accounting Major students who have achieved high academic excellence in Management Cost Accounting while committed to at least two other activities such as personal growth, volunteer effort, care giving, employment.
- Open to students enrolled in 2nd - 4th year (completion of 18 or more credits) in the BBA accounting program during the award eligibility period
- High academic standing in ACCT 220, 320, and 420
- Specific, clear, concise examples that demonstrate a commitment to at least two other activities such as personal growth, volunteer effort, care giving, employment

Levie Dixon Award in Taxation
This award is available to accounting students who have achieved high academic standing in ACCT 240 and at least one other taxation course, ACCT 375 or ACCT 475 and who have applied their knowledge by completing tax returns on a volunteer basis within the College and/or Greater Victoria community.

- High academic standing in ACCT 240 and at least one other taxation course, ACCT 375 or ACCT 475

Metrics Women in Finance and Technology Awards
This award is available to full-time woman-identifying accounting students entering their final year of studies and have taken a computer science, business information systems, systems analysis, system analysis design, or e-business course, or entering their last year of post-degree diploma (Accounting Option) studies who studied and completed a STEM undergraduate degree, or entering their last year of studies who have work experience in the tech industry.
- Open to full-time (3 courses per semester) woman-identifying accounting students in the final year of studies (BBA Year 4, completion of 54 or more credits, PDD) during to the award eligibility period who have:
- completed BUS 140, BUS 145, BUS 241 or
- studied and completed a STEM undergraduate degree or
- work experience in the tech industry
- Be in good academic standing with the college
Peter McNeil Award in Accounting
This award is available to accounting students who have achieved high academic standing in Financial Accounting, ACCT 110, 111, 210, 211 and 310, while committed to at least two other activities such as personal growth, volunteer effort, care giving, employment.
